Underconstruction
Working across charcoal, watercolour, acrylic and clay, I am continually drawn to texture, contrast and the relationship between material and process. Each medium offers a different way to explore an idea, whether through the expressive marks of charcoal, the fluid movement of pigment, or the tactile nature of hand-built ceramics.

Working across multiple disciplines allows ideas to move freely between mediums. Skills developed through drawing often influence sculpture, while ceramics continue to inform my understanding of form, surface and texture.
